MESSAGE FROM ADMINISTRATION:
We do apologize for the error made with the payroll direct deposits. While we do not anticipate this occurring again, should it happen, communication will be sent out in a timelier manner. If at any time you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office at 828-497-9101.

MESSAGE FROM HUMAN RESOURCES
• Any address or tax withholding changes need to be made by December 28th. This will ensure that your W-2 is mailed to the correct address once it is sent out in January.
• New Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance cards will be mailed out the 1st or 2nd week of January.
• You will not receive a Community Eye Care card. If you need a copy of yours, please see Tiffani Reed.

Test results indicating that an employee has alcohol, illegal drugs or non-prescribed drugs in his/her system will be verified by further tests on the original samples taken. Verified positive results will result in immediate termination.”
Section IX: Drug and Alcohol Policy: E.2. Employees: Random, Reasonable Cause, and Post Accident Testing
