Now is the best time to be cautious of people you are around and the things you are doing while around them. This virus is considered “community spread”. Community spread means people have been infected with the virus in an area, including some who are not sure how or where they have become infected. If you must attend a “gathering” (which is defined as a group of 10 or more people), please wear your mask and/or social distance. Don’t share any food or drinks with anyone and wash your hands frequently or sanitize when hand washing is not available.

If you have any concerns or doubts, please contact the COVID-19 Hotline at 828-497-3743.

Be safe and have a great weekend!DID YOU ATTEND A GATHERING OVER THE INDEPENDENCE DAY HOLIDAY?
